1. General Service Terms
- Home Care Solution provides professional deep home cleaning, painting, and waterproofing services in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh and surrounding areas.
- All bookings are subject to the availability of our technicians and professionals.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Pricing, Estimates, and Travel Charges
- The prices mentioned on the website or during the initial phone call are estimated starting prices. Final pricing will be confirmed only after a free physical inspection of the site by our experts.
- We offer a free visit and inspection for locations within a 30 km radius of our base. A nominal travel charge will apply for locations beyond 30 km.
- Any additional work requested by the customer outside the initial agreement will be charged extra.
3. Payment Terms
- Cleaning Services: Payment must be made in full immediately upon the completion of the cleaning service.
- Painting & Waterproofing Projects: A 30% to 40% advance payment is strictly required before the commencement of large projects to procure premium materials (like Asian Paints, Dr. Fixit, etc.). The remaining balance must be cleared upon project completion.
- We accept cash, UPI, and online bank transfers.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must ensure continuous access to water and electricity during the service execution.
- Customers are advised to secure their valuables (cash, jewelry, fragile items) before the service begins. Home Care Solution will not be held liable for any loss or damage to improperly secured items.
5. Warranty and Post-Service Support
- We offer professional warranties on specific painting and waterproofing services. The duration and terms of the warranty depend on the materials used and will be provided in writing before the project begins.
- Standard cleaning services do not carry a long-term warranty, but we guarantee 100% satisfaction upon completion. If you notice any missed spots, please inform our team before they leave the premises.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a nominal cancellation fee if our team has already been dispatched to your location.
